About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of litigation experience, strong advocacy skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services. Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred to better serve our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in civil litigation matters from inception through trial.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to develop case strategies.
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely communication with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Spanish fluency is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
